Our Team effectiveness Questionnaire (TEQ) will help you understand the specific things that your team can do differently in order to be even more effective. 

We created the TEQ following extensive research of the established literature and validation across a range of different teams and industry sectors. Statistical analysis of the data revealed 8 factors made up of 52 questions that all correlate to both team performance and satisfaction of team members.  

The TEQ is an online questionnaire that all team members are asked to complete. The output is a report that can either be used as a standalone temperature check or to support a structured team development workshop making it a really powerful tool to enable teams to identify areas of strength and potential for improvement.
