Change starts with feedback though, which is why we specialise in employee experience surveys and 360 degree feedback.
We have been providing employee experience surveys and 360 degree feedback to our clients since 2005.

We work with clients across a wide range of sectors and in organisations of all different sizes. Some of are clients are large PLCs with thousands of people, some are small companies with less than 200 people. We also support independent consultants who need to deliver an employee experience survey or 360 degree feedback for their own clients.
